Studio Etiquette
Arrival and Timing
• Arrive Early: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class to check in and set up your equipment.
• Late Arrival Policy: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will not be admitted to avoid disrupting the class.
Cleanliness
• Sanitize Equipment: Kindly wipe down all equipment after use with the provided sanitizing wipes.
• Hygiene: Wear clean workout attire and bring a towel to every session.
Attire
• Dress Code: Wear comfortable, form-fitting activewear to ensure proper alignment. Grippy socks are required for safety and hygiene. Grippy socks are available for purchase at the studio.
Booking and Payment
• Advance Booking: Classes must be booked in advance to secure your spot.
• Payment Policy: Payment must be completed prior to the class.
• Registration and Waiver: A completed registration form and signed waiver are required before attending your first class.
Respect for Others
• Quiet Space: Maintain a peaceful environment by keeping voices low and silencing mobile phones.
• Personal Space: Be mindful of others’ personal space during class.
Class Cancellations and Waitlist
• Cancellation Policy: Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee.
• Waitlist: If you’re on the waitlist and a spot becomes available, you’ll receive an email. You’ll have 30 minutes to confirm your spot before it’s offered to the next person.
Health and Safety
• Inform Your Instructor: Let us know about any injuries or health conditions before class.
• Listen to Your Body: Work at your own pace and avoid overexertion.
Food and Drinks
• No Food: Food is not allowed in the studio. Water bottles are welcome but should have a secure lid.
