Pilatiq Studio Guidelines

Registration and Waiver:

Kindly complete a registration form and sign a liability waiver before attending any class.

Booking:

Please book your class in advance through our website or contact the studio directly.

Signing In:

Please sign in at the reception before entering your class.

Payment:

All payments for classes must be made in advance.

Health Conditions and Injuries:

If you have an injury or special health condition, please ensure it is cleared by your doctor. Let us know so that the instructor can modify your workout to ensure the safest experience.

Arrival Time:

Kindly arrive at least five minutes before class to properly warm up, as classes build progressively.

Gripping Socks:

Gripping socks are required for all classes. They are available for purchase at the studio.

Age Requirements:

The minimum age for group classes is 15. Private sessions may have different age requirements, based on the instructor’s discretion.

Pregnancy:

Pilates can be practiced during pregnancy with doctor approval. If you’re new to Pilates, we recommend starting with private sessions before joining group classes.

Cancellation Policy:

We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within this time frame may incur a fee.

Waitlist:

If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. Waitlist bookings are valid for 30 minutes. You will receive an email notification if a spot becomes available, and if you have a valid package, the class will be added to your schedule automatically.
